As many of you may be aware, the long time owners of All Systems Computing Cessnock , Bill & Gail Hoye have now retired. The good news is that myself, Brian Anderson, your technician over the last 6 years, along with my wife Michelle, have taken the helm to continue All Systems Computing Cessnock's legacy.

 

The shopfront in Vincent St has now closed and we have moved our operations to home at 3 Sergeant St Cessnock. Whilst we will still be keeping stock of printers, cartridges and general computer items, as well as supplying taylor made PC's, we are attempting to initially focus on outcalls and servicing. We will be offering limited "shopfront" facilities in order to drop off and pick up repairs or stock. If you need to come in to pick up an item, it is best to call us first so we can have it ready for you. 

 

 As with any new ventures, there is bound to be small hiccups and problems. As valued customers, I would ask you to please bear with us during this time while we get ourselves organised. We will also be adding a new staff member within a short period of time as Michelle will be off for some time on maternity leave around August. If you have any queries, problems or concerns, please dont hesitate to call Myself or Michelle on 0249914122 and we can address any questions you may have. 

This location will more than likley be only a temporary location, in order to enable us to build our new business. All going well , we are looking at moving into a full shopfront location in about 6 months time. 

 

As we settle into running the business we will be trialing new things , changing some procedures and generally attempting to give our customers improved service. If you have any suggestions we are open to all input provided. 

 

On a closing note, I would like to thank, on behalf of myself, my family and all of our customers, Bill and Gail Hoye for providing the Cessnock area with a much needed service over the past 10 years, and I wish them all the best in their retirment.
